Prior to the start of this project, the Camberley Office were using over 15 Printing, Copying and Facsimile devices – they now use just 5 Multi-functional devices situated in strategic positions around the site so this represents a 66% reduction in their office equipment. Fax machines are no longer in use with greater utilization of scan to email destinations. The Enhanced Locked Print; Card Authentication package has provided Zehnder with the right solution at a cost effective price.
