Before you start

To begin a remote support session, you’ll need a Session Code provided by one of our support engineers.

If you haven’t yet been given a Session Code, please contact our support team first.

How to start a remote support session

  1. Click the connect button
    When instructed by our support team, click the ‘Start Remote Support’ button below
  2. Enter your Session Code
    On the page, you’ll be asked to enter the Session Code given to you by our engineer
  3. Run the support app
    A small, temporary support application will download automatically. Open it to allow our engineer to connect.
  4. Get live assistance
    Our engineer will work with you to identify and resolve the issue.
    You can see everything that happens on your screen.
  5. Session ends automatically
    Once the session is finished, the support app automatically removes itself from your computer.
